Definitions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Platform \/ Website \/ Service<\/strong>: Refers to Skilgy.com and all related services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User<\/strong>: Any individual registered on the platform (Freelancer or Client).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Freelancer<\/strong>: A user offering services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Client<\/strong>: A user requesting or purchasing services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project \/ Order<\/strong>: A service agreement between a Client and a Freelancer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By using Skilgy, you confirm that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are at least <strong>18 years old<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have legal authority to enter into agreements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your account information is accurate and truthful<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Account Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintaining account confidentiality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using accurate personal and billing information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activities conducted through their account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skilgy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fraudulent activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Policy violations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misuse of the platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Platform Usage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users agree NOT to use Skilgy for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Illegal or unethical activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posting false or misleading information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harassment or discrimination of any kind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spamming or unsolicited advertising<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Payments &amp; Fees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clients pay for services through the platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skilgy may charge fees and commissions on transactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payouts to freelancers are subject to verification and withdrawal rules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds and disputes follow our <strong>Dispute &amp; Refund Policy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skilgy is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Client delays in payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freelancer failure to deliver work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>External payment gateway issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Projects &amp; Communication<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All work agreements must be made within the platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication should stay on the platform for security purposes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliverables and deadlines are determined by users, not Skilgy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clients own the final approved work once payment is completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freelancers retain rights to their work until fully paid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users must not share or resell work without proper authorization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. User Conduct &amp; Behavior<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must maintain professional, respectful behavior.<br>Abusive or unethical conduct may result in account suspension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Liability &amp; Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skilgy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acts as a marketplace facilitator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is not a party to contracts between Clients and Freelancers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is not responsible for delivered work quality, timelines, disputes, or losses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All use of the platform is at the user\u2019s own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Termination<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to suspend or terminate users for violations without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users may delete their account at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11.
